Welcome to JDT Edge Advisory & Consulting Services ("JDT Edge Advisory," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of Ozee Edge Holdings LLC.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, appointment scheduling system, consultations, advisory services, and related professional offerings.

By booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

JDT Edge Advisory offers professional consulting, advisory, and educational services, which may include:

• LLC Formation & Business Registration Assistance
• Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
• Individual & Business Tax Strategy
• Personal Financial Education & Wealth Planning
• Career Development & U.S. Remote Work Advisory
• Nonprofit Formation & Specialized Consulting
• Financial Literacy & Educational Workshops

Specific services, deliverables, fees, timelines, and responsibilities will be established through the applicable booking confirmation, proposal, or written service agreement.

Services requiring professional licensing, registration, or other legal authorization will be provided only where appropriately permitted.

Clients may schedule consultations through our website or approved booking channels.

Our consultation offerings may include:

• Complimentary Discovery Call: A 10-minute introductory conversation to assess client needs and service suitability.
• Individual Tax Strategy Consultation: A 30-minute consultation focused on personal tax planning and financial considerations.
• Business & Tax Strategy Consultation: A 60-minute consultation focused on business structure, financial management, tax efficiency, and business strategy.
• Customized Advisory Services: Additional engagements based on individual or business requirements.

Appointment availability is subject to confirmation.

Consultations are generally conducted virtually by video conference or telephone.

• Consultation fees will be communicated before booking confirmation or payment.
• Paid consultations may require payment in advance to secure an appointment.
• Payments must be completed through approved payment channels.
• Additional services outside the agreed scope may require separate fees.
• Ongoing accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory services may be governed by separate engagement agreements.
• Applicable third-party expenses, government filing fees, and processing charges will be disclosed where relevant.

JDT Edge Advisory reserves the right to revise its service pricing prospectively. Confirmed engagements will remain subject to their agreed pricing unless modified by mutual agreement.

We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise and encourage clients to notify us promptly when changes are necessary.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling a consultation.
• Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability.
• Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to fees where clearly disclosed and agreed upon before booking.
• If JDT Edge Advisory cancels a paid appointment, clients will be offered a reasonable rescheduling option or a refund of the affected consultation fee.

Refunds

• Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, work completed, applicable service agreement, and governing consumer protection laws.
• Consultation fees may be nonrefundable after the consultation has been delivered, except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
• For services not yet performed, refund requests will be evaluated under the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
• Government filing fees and third-party charges may be nonrefundable once incurred, subject to applicable law.

Any specific cancellation fees or refund restrictions must be presented to clients before payment.

To help us deliver accurate and effective services, clients agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and timely information.
• Disclose material facts relevant to the requested services.
• Submit requested documents through approved channels.
• Review advice, reports, and deliverables and communicate any concerns promptly.
• Meet applicable filing, payment, and regulatory deadlines.
• Make final decisions regarding business, tax, financial, and career matters.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.

JDT Edge Advisory is not responsible for delays or errors directly resulting from materially incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely client information, except to the extent caused by our own obligations or conduct.

Our services are designed to provide professional guidance, strategic insights, and educational support.

Unless explicitly included in a written agreement:

• Consultations do not constitute legal representation.
• Investment education does not constitute individualized securities investment advice.
• Estate and trust education does not include drafting legal instruments.
• Business formation guidance does not automatically include legal services or government filing fees.
• Career consulting does not guarantee employment, interviews, sponsorship, or job placement.
• Financial strategies do not guarantee specific investment returns, tax savings, or business outcomes.
• Accounting consultations do not automatically include audits, reviews, attest services, or certified financial statements.

Clients may be referred to qualified attorneys, registered investment advisers, enrolled agents, CPAs, or other licensed professionals when necessary.

Tax planning recommendations depend on the client's financial circumstances, information provided, applicable tax laws, and relevant filing requirements.

Tax laws and interpretations may change.

JDT Edge Advisory does not guarantee specific tax refunds, deductions, credits, or outcomes from government agencies.

Tax return preparation, filing, amended returns, audit support, and representation before taxing authorities are included only when specifically agreed upon and appropriately authorized.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving their tax filings and for meeting applicable tax obligations.

JDT Edge Advisory respects the confidentiality of client information.

We handle personal, financial, tax, and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality requirements.

Client information will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties except as permitted or required by law or with appropriate authorization.

Certain tax return information is subject to additional statutory restrictions.

Clients should use designated secure channels when transmitting confidential documentation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials developed or provided by JDT Edge Advisory, including templates, educational resources, presentations, frameworks, and proprietary advisory tools, remain the intellectual property of JDT Edge Advisory or their respective owners.

Clients may use materials provided to them for their intended personal or internal business purposes.

Redistribution, resale, publication, or commercial reproduction of proprietary materials requires appropriate permission.

Client-owned records and information remain the client's property, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Some services may involve third-party platforms, including payment processors, accounting software, booking systems, and government portals.

JDT Edge Advisory is not responsible for independent third-party terms, pricing, outages, or practices outside our reasonable control.

Government processing times and decisions are determined by the relevant authorities.

Any additional fees payable to third parties will be identified where applicable.

While JDT Edge Advisory is committed to delivering professional and practical guidance, outcomes depend on various factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee:

• Business profitability or revenue growth.
• Approval of LLC registrations, tax elections, or nonprofit applications.
• Specific tax savings or refunds.
• Investment performance or wealth accumulation.
• Approval of financing or credit applications.
• U.S. employment opportunities or job offers.

Our recommendations are intended to support informed decision-making rather than promise predetermined outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JDT Edge Advisory's liability for claims arising from a particular engagement will be governed by the applicable written service agreement and relevant legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any specific financial liability cap must be expressly established in an applicable agreement and must be enforceable under governing law.

Either party may request termination of an advisory engagement, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

JDT Edge Advisory may suspend or terminate services for lawful reasons, including nonpayment, material breach of agreed terms, or failure to provide information necessary to perform the engagement.

Upon termination, the parties remain responsible for outstanding obligations, fees for completed work, applicable confidentiality requirements, and any legally required transition or record-handling obligations.

Visitors agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or client information.
• Introduce malicious software or disrupt website functionality.
• Misrepresent their identity or provide intentionally false information.
• Reproduce protected website content without authorization.

We may take appropriate action to protect our website and services from misuse.

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws or other legal requirements that apply.

We encourage clients to first contact JDT Edge Advisory to seek an informal resolution to any service-related concerns.

Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be addressed through the procedures permitted by the applicable service agreement and governing law.

JDT Edge Advisory may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, operations, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively, except where otherwise agreed or permitted by law. Material changes to existing engagements may require additional notice or agreement.
